Our Valentine's Day

We had a pretty busy day on Valentine's Day. We had an impromptu picnic at the park. But spent less time eating and more time playing! I loved the one picture of Cliff...! I caught him glancing over at me while pushing Billie, although it looks a lot more like she's about to fall out of the swing! :-)

Lilly enjoyed the park ringside, fast asleep tucked safely in her stroller!

We ate at Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Billie loves the play ground so we spend a considerable amount of time watching her play. She gets a little frightened if she's in the tunnels by herself, so we kept hearing her say, "Come! Come here!" to the other kids.
Cliff has a tradition. Each year on Valentine's Day he buys us (Billie & I) Kilwins Chocolates. Last year Billie loved it so much he let her eat all of it at once! I believe this was her first experience with chocolate...but certainly not her last!!! She was probably on a sugar high the rest of the night, but she loved it and we loved watching her enjoy it. This year she made slightly less of a mess! But she still loves it!
Believe it or not, Lilly was actually "standing" on my lap for these pictures. She's got some pretty strong legs and she likes using them! She's also gotten very good at holding her head and shoulders and is enjoying this new perspective on the world!

After the chocolate feast Billie had some fun playing with Bart (our dog) and Daddy before bedtime.

All in all I'd say we had a pretty fun Valentine's Day enjoying our daughters! Happy Valentine's Day to the world's sweetest daughters! Mommy and Daddy love you!
